Personal Project: Interior merger of the attic and apartment below. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the center piazza facing the opera. By merging the attic with the small apartment below, we aimed to exploit the view of the historic monument. The result is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with two toilets, a separate kitchen, and a living area! Responsible for the site survey and submitting landmark documents requesting skylights on the roof, in addition to finish selection and DD plans and layouts.
